Steady water and nutrients produce fresh, well-hydrated heads that stay crisp longer after harvest while using up to 95% less water than traditional growing. We harvest each head by hand at its peak, delivering fresh, high-quality lettuce grown with care here in the Kern River Valley.

Scallions - Red Baron or Ishikura White
Our scallions are harvested young for crisp texture and fresh, mild flavor. We grow both Red Baron, prized for its beautiful deep red stalks, and Ishikura, a long, slender Japanese variety known for its tender white stems and slow bulbing. Both are excellent fresh or cooked, adding bright onion flavor to salads, soups, stir-fries, and countless everyday dishes.
